Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. 

A user may claim for a refund of the purchase within 3 days of payment if the user is not satisfied with the service. No questions asked.

Post 3 days of payment, refund is subject to approval.
